A 2-hour on site working session with Alaina to review the space, confirm scope of work and initiate ideas.

Trade Day
This is where we gather our trades to visit your home, measure the space and review the scope of work to develop quotes.

Concept & Budget Review
We have a meeting to review the space planning, concept of the design and the preliminary budget.

Permits
If a permit is needed the Space plan is developed into a full permit set with required documents to be submitted by Pure Perspective to the municipality.

Presentation
The Pure Perspective team presents the design, full selections, elevations and more to you in person. One round of revisions is included, if required.
